GoByDo was founded by Gobi Natarajan (NatGio) and the company was first incorporated as a privately held company on Auguest 2, 2009 (Friendship Day). The initial public offering took place on June 03, 2012, raising Rs10 Lakh, implying a value for the entire corporation of Rs 72 Lakh. GoByDo has continued its growth through a series of new product developments, acquisitions, and partnerships. Environmentalism, philanthropy and positive employee relations have been important tenets during the growth of GoByDo.
